Writing prolifically, talking exhaustively and providing information arbitrarily… that is not communication. The key element of communication is information, and information can be regarded as communication only if it is compiled correctly, produced punctually, and addressed to the correct target group. Furthermore, information should be subject to perception control, especially if it is open to chain learning and correction. The measurement of communication is a difficult but not impossible activity. Content can be measured, provided that the right criteria is selected. Communication cannot be based on content which cannot be measured.
