Selda Terek works on holistic health, provides training and consultancy services to individuals and companies, and mentores special projects.
Terek graduated from the Business Administration Department of the Middle East Technical University. She worked as coordinator for Turkey’s two leading hospitals. Completing the “Hospital Management Certificate” program at Anadolu Health Center John Hopkins Hospital, Terek also took part in TÜSİAD’s health work groups.
Terek works on ways to get rid of physical, mental and emotional pollution under the umbrella of holistic health. Noting that the body is a projection of spirit and thought and cannot be separated, Terek analyzes health through these three components. Underlining that preventing the diseases that arise due to lifestyle depends on raising the level of consciousness in this field, Terek states that emotion, mind and body are a whole, and the disruption in any can cause irreparable consequences.
